I love how people join and then 6 years later they are finally told the origin story
and then they still stay
50,000 years old, Earth was much as it was in the 1950s
just great stuff
But by then they've confessed all their sins on video and have already spent or are indebted for $60k worth of auditing and bridge crossing

I don't want to beat you up, sicboy, but anyone who has followed Scientology - at all - has known for decades this is their practice with audits and blackmail.

I've had to work with the Nashville Scientology branch on a couple occasions. Let me tell you, these are the strangest people I've ever met. It's almost like they're on auto pilot. Very little feeling and very distant. All around, uncomfortable and weird as frick.
Let's not forget, it was created by a famous science fiction writer. Sounds legit

cult
k?lt/
noun
a system of religious veneration and devotion directed toward a particular figure or object.
Hilarious. Cult followers making fun of other cults. Scientology is messed up. Just because your cult is bigger doesn't make it any less of a cult. Or not just as messed up.

do you get the sense that since you are an "outsider" they suddenly change their behavior while you're in their presence?

There's a dentist in Tbibodaux who is a Scientologist. Used to go to him and he was friends with my Dad. As soon as I found out they were, I switched dentists. I don't want any of my money going to that nutbag, even through the transitive property,

Yeah, whatever the faults of Christianity, and irrelevant whether Jesus was divine...at least Jesus was right
This objectively is madness...
Of course so is Islam, to me. Both invented by cons that ultimately looked for personal accumulation.

Religion is pretty much a loose term I guess. This shite is a cult and doesn't deserve any bit of respect.

You mean dentistry isn't frowned upon by the church? I figured with just a little auditing you could get those cavities and plaque outta there.

That could be the case, but even their interactions with each other seemed off.

Would you do business with a member of a cult?

Did you watch the documentary? Have you read about what Scientology does to people? Would you go to a dentist who was in the Klan? Would you go to a dentist who sent money to ISIS? Because it's just about the same thing...
