Intake Manifold Gasket Replacement

2004 tahoe with 5.3L engine. How hard will this repair be to do myself. watching some youtube videos it doesn't seem like its too difficult, just remembering how all the wires and hoses fit back together, but taking a bunch of pictures would probably help with that.
The replacement part is $50, but repairing it at an auto shop would be a few hundred. Am I crazy for thinking of doing this myself with little experience in car repair?

Nah it's pretty basic, just label all the wiring and be careful not to drop anything into the heads

I use my ipad to take pics anytime I am doing mechanical work. Wouldn't hurt to go to autozone and get the book on that particular vehicle.
