I got my Toro recycler about 12 years ago, and it still starts first pull. I got it at a Toro dealer (Personal Pace w/ gray wheels), which I recommend. I had heard that some of the ones offered at the box stores were lower quality, but I have never had one, so who knows.

I got my super recycler from a Toro dealer, and it sucks. Can't even cut remotely wet grass (dew in the morning). Used it for a while cutting commercially with the same problems. I regret buying it
