Would anyone possibly know how much highland hideaway would be?

Man, I have a unit that would be perfect for you, but I'm in the process of selling it

With that budget, look for a house. Lake Beau Pre is really close to campus and most houses are around $1500/mo.

They are about to open up a sterling on burbank behind southgate with rooftop pool and lazy river and stuff. Should be sweet. The newest place is usually the coolest place.

if you want to go the house route, do not move to a fricking food desert. Plenty of house around south downs and GD that lease for that much for 3/4 bed rooms

$650/month per person for 4 people will get you a pretty nice place. I would definitely go with some place in the East Boyd area. Heck, you could probably get a decent rent house near the lakes for that price.

thanks guys, but for condos or rent houses what's the best way to get your foot in the door? go the realtor route?

Christ in a Easter egg basket. A 4 room apartment here is at least $1,100 per room.
