I don't live IN Lake Charles, so I sort of need I10 to get to 210. And my comment was for people who didn't live in Lake Charles. Darrel's is no reason to get off I10.

Yeah, it's a very slow death, about the only thing being built in Leesville is motels , one of the few local businesses Fort Polk still supports, the other being titty bars and night clubs.

Downtown LC has changed soooo much in the past few years. I took my wife to the Pujo st. café last night and was surprised with the improvements in the area. I worked in the old Charleston when I was in college and the whole area was a shithole.

They raised taxes to really improve it like 8 years ago and haven't done shite yet. They have had so many companies bid to develop it only to back out later that it's laughable at this point. Just pure incompetence by the city council and meanwhile they took like $180 million or something crazy from the citizens.
