They are half the price and likely not as durable but I'm thinking maybe worth the savings. Anyone have experience with them?

They are about the same quality as a kobalt from lowes. Usually the hinges will start sticking. All depends on preference I guess. I got a UWS and love it. ~$300

I use Highway Products but I carry a lot of expensive instruments and their stuff is harder to get into than most. I have an TSC box on the farm truck and it's held up for 15 years or so.

I have a weather guard and my old man has a tractor supply.

Both keep tools dry.

That's what I had on my old truck. It was great the 4 years I had it... you'll have to ask the Mexican yard crew that bought my truck how it's holding up these days.

I have a black UWS that I've had for 6 years and it's been on 3 trucks. It's never leaked on me, even hitting it with the pressure washer.

Probably getting rid of it soon to get a Bakflip.

I had one on my old dodge. After I got in my wreck I gave it to pow pow, he's had it on 2 trucks. Never gave him a prob.

I have one on my 2500HD.My wife got me the matte finish one last year for Fathers day.It does what it supposed to do.I have some tools,a jack and a logging chain in it.No problems
