Belichick's last minute time clock blunder was as bad as anything Miles has done

And yet the former is considered to be some sort of genius?

Yeah that one decision obviously destroys his 50 year hall of game career

I'll agree, it isn't what I would do. He said he thought they were making bad play calls, and wanted the timeout instead of the time :/

Four Super Bowl rings tend to show you know a little about the whole coaching thing.

It was stupid, but the more I think about it, the more I think that him not taking a TO is what made the seahawks throw the ball.

A for Effort, but there's no escaping that Les Miles is a mediocre HC

The funny part is that if he calls a timeout there, Seattle gets a chance to get their preferred package out there and run the ball. I firmly believe that Seattle scores a TD there if he calls a timeout. This is all hindsight of course.

Belichick apparently said that he didn't take the time out because he saw how disorganized the Seahawks were. He made a risk by not taking the time out, but it was a calculated one. If he had taken the time out it is possible Seattle gets their shite together and punches it in.

Yeah, that's the ticket.

Belichek is an absolutely horrible clock manager like most coaches.
He very well may have another ring if he was smart enough to think about letting the Giants score on purpose as quickly as I and any other person with half a brain was shouting it at the TV.
But it was too late by the time that he figured out a Brady comeback drive was a higher probability than a missed 20 Yard field goal by the Giants.

Good recollection there.

It was a pretty stupid to not call a timeout. That's not even debatable.

Was it as bad as telling JJ to clock it with no time left?

Its plenty debatable. It obviously forced Seattle into throwing the ball, and cha ching, badda bing. Ring!!

Do you even math bro? How old do you think Belichick is? He is only 62. By your definition, he has been coaching football since he was 12.
