Boom is not 100% responsible, but he is 100% at the center of every Pelicans thread that turns into a Rockets thread, which is much more than there should be on a Pelicans board. I started the thread in question and it was supposed to be about trade options between New Orleans and Denver, but over half the posts are about the Houston. To put it in non basketball terms, Boom is the equivalent of a Falcons fan allowed to run wild on the Saints Talk. He brings out the worst in us and thoroughly enjoys watching our board burn. He doesn't need to be banned from TD, but he is not a good match for Pelicans Talk. The relevant posts he makes are not worth the inevitable and frequent derailing that accompany them.

I don't feel like spending a lot of time in this but I agree to a certain degree. He needs to be banned from PT. Not TD.
He's an incredibly effective troll. I'll give him that. Obviously, he's fooled Fred. He says things that are calculated to get off topic responses and to watch the board burn, while at the same time not being over the top inflammatory.
It's constant. Sometimes it is subtle, sometimes it's not. He's great at it.
The gifs were decided to be a response to him every time he posts. It's childish, but it's 2 years of frustration over his constant unchecked bullshite.
There are plenty of other team posters that are fine and don't elicit that response. RTR, primeTime etc. They are fine.
There's a reason why Boom is universally hated and it's not because he's a rockets fan.
Imagine if a poster was a Falcons fan. He's a total dick, and constantly posts belittling things about the Saints, constantly trolls and derails topics, and turns innocent threads into Falcons threads.
It wouldn't be tolerated.

That was a bad example, as it happens all the time. And the Saints Falcons rivalry and fan vitriol is way worse than Rockets Pelicans.
Just learn to deal with it. They dont give a shite about non lsu sports boards.
Say a bad thing about a new recruit or Les Miles? auto-ban hammer.
Derail multiple threads and piss every one of the regulars on a board of for an entire season? No admin gives a shite. And they probably shouldn't. There are a few known trolls, but strict regulation would be just as bad or the board. Just quit feeding them.
There is some admin lurking on Saints Talk, as Ice will occasionally drop by and nail someone in epic fashion, but mostly you just have to deal with the trolls.
