Taking some business associates out to dinner in NOLA and I have narrowed it down to these 5. Any thoughts on which would be best to impress?
Galatoire's

Domenica
Arnaud's Restaurant
Already going to Commanders Palace one night, looking for a second.

looks like you arleady have some great choices! I'd also add GW Fins for seafood.

It doesn't get enough love here but GW Fins is a great restaurant. Incredible fresh fish every night and a great filet mignon for folks who might want something else; heart of the quarter too..

If you've got a waiter who you know will play it up big for you, it's hard to go wrong with here with out of town business folks.
Many will argue (and I will likely agree, depending on the alternative) that you can find better food elsewhere, but for this situation, I'd say this is your best bet.

also, the new Kingfish restaurant in the Quarter has a very "Louisiana" atmosphere and I enjoyed my meal there.

I would remove all but August from that list, and add Herbsaint, and Coquette with the nod to Herb.
Catch a lunch at Peche.
ETA: Also, consider Doris Metropolis if you have steak eaters. Meauxbar would be another interesting place.
