We are actually in a better cap situation than we were last year. I'm expecting more sweeping changes to come through, especially to the offense this year. At least one of the guards will be gone, Colston may be gone, Drew could be extended and have his cap # spread out. Plus there are a few guys on defense that could hit the road.

With that said, I think we can free up enough space to bring in a good player and not break the bank. We just need to stay away from the big names this year and not spend all of our money in one place.

Are we? Don't we take a big hit on Cameron Jordan's contract next year? And what About Ingram's contract? And if we cut Grubbs, don't we end up with more dead money than savings?

Not disagreeing with you, I'm just not sure.
