If I had millions to blow I would build a mansion on a bunch of property too. Even IF it were 55k acres fenced, which it isn't, the vast majority of deer would die before ever seeing a fence. That's 85 square miles.... not exactly the typical 2000 acre high fence

About 30,000 acres -- "fair chase behind high fence" - basically a quality hunting experience in a controlled environment - not much fair chase about it - I didn't know canned hunts qualified for B&C
