He's already shown that. Chip wouldn't have lost to AZ. He won the games he was supposed to win.
I will say he's improving. Just like Frost. Both have done better this year than last. Helfrich has a very stable coaching staff and seems to be a good recruiter so I doubt he completely falls on his face.

Like the home game against #14 Stanford in '12? Or to #18 USC at home in '11? Both games Oregon was ranked in the top 4 and Chip shite the bed.
