We haven't seriously contended for the SEC West since 2011. He's paid a great deal of money not only to content for championships but to win them. I'm not in favor of firing him yet, but if he chooses to leave on his own, by no means should LSU offer him a raise or another contract extension to keep him. He's not worth it.

In 2012 we had one loss and were leading Bama by three and had the ball on their 30 with 2 minutes left. The Bama fans were starting to leave Tiger stadium. I'd say that at that point we were contending.
