We've been over this: Dwight did all of this well after he was in his third year. So you're penalizing AD for assumptions you're making.

AD is already a better player than Dwight ever was. Dwight leadership is hilarious, "soft" comes to mind. Btw AD's 3rd year so far blows the Dreams out of the water.
