Coastal, one day you will be old enough to have children. Hopefully you will take an active part in their lives. At that point, you will actually appreciate what teachers put up with

Took the job when I was a young mother so I could be with my children. Too close to retirement to change now. 2 years and I can retire. AND I will.
I plan to get another job when that day comes. My life circumstances changed and made things hard. Not the job. Not the salary. My family circumstances got challenging to say the least.
Hanging in there. I remind myself that $ isn't everything.. I would, however, love to take the place of a lot of people throwing away those tickets and not staying. They don't appreciate what they have is my point.
