Why did Dell let Casspi go?
Monty has been making a big stink since the end of last year about being tired of teaching young guys how to play. "Corporate Knowledge" is a phrase that has been used multiple times this offseason and is why they stuck with Miller and Babbitt and signed Salmons rather than going after some guys that were younger and perhaps more talented. Dell certainly could have said "Monty's crazy, I'm going to sign a SF with potential and he'll thank me later." so I don't want to put this all on Monty, but this does seem to be the result of a thin SF market and Monty being tired of dealing with non veterans that don't know his system.
