I dunno, the guy is pretty impressive if you dig up his career achievements. I'll say this, I think he truly believes what he is saying. Those photos are pretty worn from age and handling. No telling if it is real or not, but I do think it's foolish to think we are alone in this vast and endless universe.

No, they look like they were printed by an inkjet onto regular office paper. It also doesn't help that it looks like this "presentation" was filmed, literally, in someone's mom's basement in the Poconos.

That being said, in the video he claim no metals are used in UfO construction. One of the three components he mentioned was Vanadium. Vanadium is a metal. So, he may be a scientist, but still got some shite wrong.
