I pay about $250/month for me, which is supposedly half. My wife has her own individual plan and that one is $250/month.
I couldn't tell you what a doctor's visit or prescriptions or anything cost, I don't use my health insurance, I only have it in case of emergencies.

$680 for a family with BCBS/LA, individual policy. $5600 deductible, 80/20 coinsurance.
But the cost for the plan that would have copays was completely ridiculous. We met our ded 3 x in 17 years, including last year and this year. (Last year husband had hernia repair and then son had to have surgery on his wrist. This year I had one knee scoped and having the other in December. Get it while I'm in the 20%.)

Just got my paperwork for 2015.
For me, wife, and kid, it's:
$360 per month for medical
$44 for dental
$16.41 for vision
$420.41 per month, or around 8% of my pre-tax pay (I'm OT poor).
I'm more interested to know what others are paying as a percentage of their pay moreso than the actual out of pocket $ they are paying. Any takers?

I tried my employers high deductible option this year with a $2500 deductible. $269 month for health, dental and disability.
Got killed on it though as my wife had to have emergency surgery at the beginning of the year. Thought I'd be saving us 1K but ended up costing us about 3K more for the year.

I've always offered it to my employees. Since the changes in healthcare, the monthly check I write to BCBS has increased $1200 monthly. It is drowning any plans I have for expanding.
Coverage for me and my family is $1168 a month.

$425 per pay period for health, dental, vision, life, ADD.
Work pays $300 of that. So for $250 a month I get a whole lotta benefits.

I feel like you should get one with lower premiums and a higher deductible. But idk.

Me, a little over $550 a month O out of pocket. For the wife, $651 a month with a $5600 deductible. Thanks Obamacare. Her insurance more then doubled this year due to Obamacare.

Free. Monthly contributions to an HSA as well.
I voluntarily put 50 bucks a pay check in the HSA.

About $300.00 a month and that's Medicare for one person.

$332 a month for health, dental , and vision for a family; $750 deductible, with a $7630 maximum out of pocket for the family - $3815 for an individual. PCP visits are $25, specialist are $50...sucks!

$0.
Got a high deductible plan and a health savings account sponsored by my company ($2500/year).
Pretty solid, considering my wife and I don't spend that much in doctor visits ever.
