Man, Futurama can really bring the feels out of nowhere

One of my favorite shows ever, but man sometimes they'll really get you with one of their emotional episodes in the middle of the afternoon when you're just looking for some nostalgic chuckles.
Pretty much any episode where Fry is oscillating between flashbacks and the present is going to knock you right on your sentimental arse.
And then of course there's the saddest cartoon episode of all-time, Jurassic Bark.
All in all that's what I love about the show and it's a big part of what made it so great. It just sneaks up on you sometimes.

Not just the saddest cartoon but one of the saddest episodes of television of all-time.
ETA: Luck of the Fryish is probably my favorite Futurama episode. So many feels.

Game of Tones is literally equal with Jurassic Bark as far as feels

Human related feels just don't feel like animal related feels

Think of your mom compared to your dog. There is no comparison.

I know, my mom would never wait outside through the hot, cold, and weather for years waiting for me to come back.
Goodpoint
I hope you know I'm kidding
but not really

The series finale was pretty good for that also.

Yeah I love when comedies can randomly bust out a serious episode / scene. (Scrubs was good at this also)

Agree.

Have you ever seen Jurassic Bark? If so, how could you not agree? Unless you're some sadistic only child who grew up without a pet.

Scrubs played with my emotions so much. Funny episode for 20 mins and then... BAM! Cry bitch!

The one with his mother was touching.

All those mentioned above are great episodes.
I've always been partial to Parasites Lost and The Sting myself.
