Somewhere along the way, Ferguson apparently forgot to develop culture. We all know how well that offsets the impacts of crime, ignorance, and dysfunction.

Quite the skill set. Cutting grass, cleaning, installing mini blinds, etc. Maybe they can mandate that all homeowners can't perform any of these activities on their own, but instead hire other approved Ferguson residents. A union may be in order.,,

zero doubt in my mind that some "food deserts" program hasn't already been slipped in to push QT into the ghetto.

We'll need jokin Joe to go in and speak "Indian" for us when he translates the how great it's working, in his next advertisement for Big Gov.

Yes, I'm sure the guy with the star tattoo on his face will have no problem finding a suitable gig. These cats are acting like Ferguson pre-riot was this bastion of jobs and booming economy, yet they don't realize that the riots are the ones that are keeping them in chains - no pun intended.

Why the hell would someone want to restart their business to have it burned down by a bunch of tPOS's?

It's not just the businesses that were burned down who will be hesitant to invest in Ferguson. The owners of the businesses that survived the rioting likely will not be putting more at-risk either. They will milk their existing businesses for what they can. And the laws of supply and demand will allow them to raise their prices as they do the milking.

Slavery is now 151 years in the past. Tax payers have had to foot the bill for hundreds of programs and billions of dollars that are aimed at only helping blacks get out of these DMZ areas they destroy and degrade on their own. You can't help those that are to lazy to help themselves. You can't boost them up by stealing money from working people to prop them up so they can spend the day watching their flat screen, doing drug deals, causing problems were they live, calling the police every 5 minutes cause someone disrespected them, having more kids to keep the welfare money rolling in,planning tonights drive by shooting and always saying it is not their fault for what they did cause Whitey is holding them down. They take zero responsibility for their actions and the local police jails are nothing more than swing doors they walk in and right back out from an overwhelmed system they know how to play. The democrats are using them for votes only. But they are just too stupid to see that they are being used by a Government that only gives them enough to keep them coming back for more.
