Non-LSU fans: How do you explain TigerDroppings to people?

I don't talk to other people about message boards. It simply doesn't come up.

My gf gives me so much shite about being on here.


She calls it TigerPoop, and she can't understand why I'm on an LSU message board.

If she knew I met people from on here, she might leave me from laughing at me too much.

It's like LSU's online version of the Paul Finebaum Show.

There's a board for each SEC team plus a generic SEC board, a more sports board, a seperate recruiting board, a soccer board, a Saints board, and a Pelicans board.

There's a Movie/TV board that mostly talks about Breaking Bad, Game of Thrones, and how much they hate "Girls" and that female character from "The Walking Dead"

There's a political talk board which is basically the contestants of the Jerry Springer Show debating international monetary policy.

There's a music board for WSP vs Phish deathmatches and discussion of all things Drake and Outlaw Country.

There's the Moneyboard for the rich folk.

There's the Fark board for hilarious photoshop gone wrong.

There's a gaming board for Playstation vs X-Box threads and "How to build a gaming PC" threads.

The Food and Drink Board exists for great recipes like "A million and 1 ways to put ketchup on a steak" and "Duck Con fritte Corndogs", plus a Jambalaya Calculator...so that's cool.

And there's the OT which contains random threads along the lines of "WYHI?" and "Has anyone ever had sex with a grapefruit?"

its fun to watch car wrecks, who doesn't love watching someone get mauled?

and right now, the rant is a mauling.

I live in LA so it makes it a little different for me I guess. I think these days it's pretty much expected that most people read/post on message boards, blogs, etc.

I don't

It's a great site, one of the best message boards out there. I mainly use it for the MSB, OT, and FDB. Down's syndrome takes over the rant during football season

I tell my Cali friends about the recipe book sometimes, especially when that want to try Cajun or southern recipes

Just as a general rule, I don't talk to people about message boards, especially since I don't know any posters on here that I'm aware of. I'm pretty sure that someone who knows me IRL could figure out who I am, though...
