Can't really tell from the picture where the little door is to slide the filter out, usually they're the same width as that filter so only about 2 inches wide. look on the side where your Return air comes in probably on the left side of the picture.
It looks like your primary condensate line may be clogged and it is running through the secondary drain through the pan.

RA vent is inside house
Just be ready for that unit to come crashing thru your ceiling when those straps come loose/rust out
If that yellow line is gas, it is for direct burial only.

Saw it used in some high end homes throughout the house when it first came out. One right down the street from Archie.

Call the Lennox tech line, they should be able to walk you through it. They should have something obvious on the unit though. Post the model number.

The site says your unit isn't equipped with a filter or rack, so that leads me to believe that's a filter for something else. I'm no a/c guy though.

Your builder is a POS if he didn't do an orientation and show this to you.
Why the frick is your Unit suspended from the rafters? It should be on the platform that was built.
I don't see the filter access on the unit itself. Is it in a return air grille in the hallway? Sometimes they put the filter there.

I think the filter says it's 5" thick, that would be fun to build something that would clear when opening.
It looks like one of those hyper allergic filters to me which are usually add ons to units and noticeable.

My ac has the same filter. The filter isn't on the unit itself. It will be on the return air side of the unit just before the unit. There should be a door about 5 or 6 inches wide where you slide the filter in. Since is nearly air tight and insulated it can be hard to find. I know I overlooked it the first time I changed the filter.

Your thinking of the wrong pipe (Poly Gas Lines for gas connections to your house from the meter). This is the pipe that is used in that pic for the gas lines drops. NO worries as this pipe is in many houses.

Holy crap. Am I supposed to be changing something on that part of the system? All I've ever down was change the ones in the returns in rooms, halls etc.

That type of filter can be used to replace the 3/4 inch thick return air filter. Just swing the grating down on your return air and replace the existing filter with that one. You may need to push the insulation in the duct back a little to make it fit.
This is assuming it's the correct width and length.

If return air grill in house is not the filter type (hinged door) then there should be a filter access door in return air duct/pleium in attic. Return air duct is on right side of pic attached to furnace. pull back insulation at unit. a hinged door should be there.

On my system it's not near the grating, it's in the attic next to the unit. Who knows where the OP's is though.

I have those big filters in all my units. They last one year. Amazon will have them.. Just Google your model number or filter number.
You will also have the regular, 90 day, filters behind the returns.

this is some new "feature" that dr horton brought to br-area that the sheeople-real estate agents now think you have to have. its really unnecessary in residential applications
