That's the problem in this investigation. Someone with no credibility made the claim of hands up execution and the nations media and black community ran with it.
So did the Washington Redskins.

Adrenaline drop can cause this. Sounds to me like this cop, as opposed to many others, actually knew how to shoot.

Yea like all the Trayvon Martin riots after Zimmerman was found not guilty.

Facts?
And you know all of this....how? Even if Brown was 30 ft away when he turned to face the cop, he could easily have covered that distance in 1.5 seconds if he was capable of running a pedestrian 6 second 40. The cop would have had under 2 seconds to fire 5 shots at an adrenaline filled man charging him if the cop and 12 witness stories are true. Oh, but you want to believe the testimony of his co-hort in strong armed robbery. What is a fact is that an eye witness with no connection to the cop or Brown clearly stated, without having any idea that he was being recorded, that Brown charged at the cop and "just kept coming."You don't know shite except that you want the cop to be convicted of murder whether he had cause or not.
Edit: I read your subsequent posts and applaud you for backing off that statement. It has been the rush to condemn the cop based on bad information that has made this situation so bad and your original "challenge" regarding facts touched a nerve.

Although I'm starting to really think about it and it sorta pisses me off that an unarmed man was shot 6 times with many being in the head/neck area. May have been a little over kill..
Only two of the six bullets hit him in the head, neck.chest area. Four to the right arm, one to the crown of the head, and one bullet pierced him in 3 different places, going downward - entered at his right eye with his head slightly downward, exited and entered his neck just above the collarbone, re-exited and finally lodged in his upper chest.

no threat to the officer who fired the fatal shots

These are facts - I invite you to dispute any of them.
cop has an orbital fracture from where brown assaulted him. news of that came out yesterday. brown was 290 lbs and the cop probably feared for his life.

if by "railroaded" you mean "fired for killing an unarmed man who was raising his hands in surrender and who was no longer an immediate threat to anybody" than yes. He will be "railroaded".
Let me guess. You still think he was shot in the back.

I have watched too much CSI etc. shot in the arm multiple times? Were there powder burns and residue etc to show a struggle for a gun? Final toxicology report on the guy? Just weed, no care. Meth, cocaine, PCP, care.
A "fractured eye socket" is usually pretty damned impressive to see. Especially a few days after. Pics of cops face leak yet?

A horrible thought just occurred to me.
They will time the trial to be just in time for the 2016 election - a "not guilty' verdict will assure the DEMs get 125% of the black vote.

Good deal for Darren Wilson. But,I want justice to be blind.

We are going to see the Rodney King model here.
If Wilson isn't indicted by the grand jury, the Feds will go after him on civil rights charges.
He's gonna have to clear both hurdles.

The police officer has a fractured eye socket
There will be no trial

I thought that was a game changer, too - kind of corroborates his version of the events (i.e. struggle in the car) and gives him a reasonable belief that his life was in jeopardy from this unarmed giant.
We'll see how it plays out. How long after the event did we find out that Zimmerman suffered injuries in a struggle with Trayvon? This seems to be moving faster.

The friend of Brown is a lying shitbag.
He stated Brown was shot in the back and moving away from officer. Autopsy report shows all 6 shots were in the front not the back so he has no credibility.

Fractured eye socket+gun struggle with firearm discharge+charging at time of shooting=clear cut clean shoot
Won't matter, though. Too many are way too invested in the initial narrative to admit they were wrong.
