I'd make sure to have multiple video cameras around my business...preferably high resolution...

All of the above is my answer. But would likely kill the electricity and wreck their shite with an AR with thermal imaging. Would have advantage of night vision goggles, thermal imaging scopes and lay out of house. Would welcome invaders.
