I think in light of the new evidence, the looters should return all the items they took.

They literally are morons...the most entertaining aspect is how intelligent they think they are

However, if the kid was not a threat to the cop
The cop had a busted face, per witnesses, the Police Chief and others. That isn't being questioned.
Pretty sure that warrants "further action", but not necessarily death.

You keep saying this ,but how do you know it wasn't justified?

Yes, if he committted mass murder or jay walked or helped an old lady across the street earlier. It has nothing to do with the justification of the cop for shooting him the kid.
If the kid was going for the gun and the office was in danger, then the cop was justified. However, if the kid was not a threat to the cop and the cop shot him then the cop needs to be dealt with.
The events at the shooting are relevant ones, not the events from earlier in the evening.
It explains the original interaction with the officer. The narrative being trotted out was "racist cop guns down innocent kid minding his own business."
If the initial interaction was because he was suspected of robbing a store moments before that changes a lot.

just like anyone else, hes going to have to convince a jury that he feared for his life.
going to be tough if eye witness accounts hold.

He was such a sweet kid. Never hurt nobody. He helped the community so much. He was just a big sweet Teddy Bear.
So you knew him personally?
And riddle me this, the guy with him was also involved in the alleged robbery. Why hasn't he been arrested yet?

It paints the picture of why Brown was being questioned by law enforcement and not the usual profiling narrative suggested by community organizers and Judge Brown viewers.
You mean...we have not been given a complete picture by the race hucksters?
Shocking.

quote:How could you possibly consider them irrelevant. If the officer was confronting a suspected robber with a history of intimidation (vs. confronting a random black teen walking in the street, simply out of racial bias), then it is obviously very relevant. And, IMO, the pictures don't "attempt to paint Brown" in any light - they're actual pictures, of the actual Brown, intimidating a store clerk he was stealing cigars from (provided the pictures are authentic). That's how he truly was; not how he was portrayed to be.
Of course not. I think they're irrelevant to the shooting and were only released as an attempt to paint Brown in a bad light.

how do you know they're not looking for him?

I don't think it's plausible that if the police really believed Brown was involved with an armed robbery a few hours earlier that they would have waited this long to release this information.
Maybe just like not releasing the cops name, they were more concerned with the investigation and getting the facts right rather than meet the demands of an angry mob.

He's allegedly been busy with media requests since his first interview. He's supposedly the eye witness.
