Best Sources for Jambalaya Equipment and Meats - Spreadsheet Added!

I'm going to add this information to the Jambalaya Calculator. Please list your best places to get pots, paddles, stands, burners and such. Also, andouille, smoked sausage, hot sausage, tasso, temple meat, etc. Please also tell me where they're located. I'd like to get as wide a geographic coverage as possible.
ETA: See spreadsheet on pg 2.

Lamendola's and oak grove smoke house will cut your meat and slice your sausage for you if you call them a day or two ahead, both also have cut onions in 5 pound bags....makes big pots so much easier

Yeah, I wanted to include him - his rigs seem top notch. What the name and link?

Wow!
Lots of places I never heard of. Keep 'em coming. These are going to be free links, in keeping with the JC spirit.
What are good places in NOLA for equipment? I know Baldwin-Taylor has some pots and stuff. Are there any others?

Smith hardware, covington, LA. Great source of equipment. They make a great custom burner for three leg pots of any size.
Goodwood Hardware, Baton Rouge.

Danny Leblanc: Leblanc's Cajun Foods. Behind Triple S gas station in St Amant. Great place for bulk temple meat. Either in 10lb bags or 30lb boxes.

Murry's next to St. Amant Middle School has good selection of smoked sausage and always seems to have temple meat in stock in 30 lb. boxes and in smaller packs. They also have pots, stands, burners and paddles.
When I cook big pots, I go to the fruit stand on Coursey and get a 20 lb. box of chopped onions for less than $15. Saves a ton of time and some money. You have to ask for it at the counter.

Most places, that I know about, are already mentioned. Ed's Shenandoah Hardware, on Jones Creek Rd, always carries a good selection of equipment, as well.
Bohning's Supermarket, in Ponchatoula, will also cut your meats and sausage if ordered a couple of days ahead. It really helps out if you're doing a big cook.
I did a thousand plate fund raiser for a school, several years ago, and went to Double D Sausage in Bogalusa. They were very nice and worked with me on the price because it was a school fund raiser. They also cut up my pork and sliced my sausage for that jambalaya. I imagine that they will still cut it to order.

Last couple of years I saved the drive to the AP and asked Tim at Matherne's on Bluebonnet and Perkins to get my temple meat and provide my chopped veggies and sausage. He carries his store brand as well as Veron's and other locals. The guy I cook with downriver prefers Manda, but I've had better luck with one of the local brands. Murray's in St. Amant used to be my go-to spot, but it's such a haul for me. I haven't asked at Alexanders, but I bet they would be a good hook up (same owners)

A.F. Davidson Hardware in Houma has a nice selection of pots, banjo burners, stands, etc. It's also a nice, old-school hardware store, complete with wooden cases holding tiny drawers of nuts, bolts, etc. LINK /
