We use Tabs but I don't enter time or run bills so I don't know anything about it.
It works well enough, according to the paralegal I just asked.

We use tabs for Accounting but not for case management. Didn't even realize it could function as a case management program.

We are about the same size as your firm and use TimeMatters 13.0 for case management. You can customize. Sometimes has bugs but in general works well. We can easily access emails, case documents, settlement info, contact info, etc... With each email we send out, we are automatically prompted to save it to TimeMatters. We use TABS3 for billing.

PC Law for billing, syncronize with Amicus. Amicus is contacts, calendar, generates documents, links parties/counsel, links to Outlook and enter time.

We use ProLaw. I hate it.

Client Profiles is good too.

Legal Files has been my favorite. I think it ties in all aspects of a file the best (out of the ones I've used). We use PracticeMaster where I'm at now and I'm not a fan of it.

I have MyCase and like it. I think for a larger firm like you are describing that it may not be as effective, though.
It's user friendly but not as complex as some other systems that I have used in the past. Trying to incorporate Outlook for example, is a pain in the arse.

Upvote for time matters too. It's legit but pricey.

Do you know the name of the third party app that ties in to outlook from time matters. I asked timematters if they add anything that promoted you to save emails and they told me you had to do it manually and that they did not have an automatic tie in as if yet .
