Because upping the dosage of stimulants and exercising is probably not great for you.

I'm prescribed to two 10mg tablets a day and usually only take one 10mg. It's not like im starving myself and running in sweat pants.

Mine does. My metabolism is trash. I am 31 and I can live on like 500 calories a day for a week and lose maybe 2 pounds if I'm lucky. I can then eat a single 700 calorie meal and gain 4. My boss on the other hand, can eat 4000 calories in a day and lose a pound.

I see what you are saying and it's not like I starve myself all day. When I take the full 20mg a day I'll usually take my first 10 in the AM after breakfast than my second 10mg 5-6 hrs later following lunch. 4 days a week I go to the gym around 6 or 7pm and do a 45 min workout. It's not like I take the adderall on an empty stomach then run 2 miles.

What should I be doing different?

I try to eat healthy (no fast food or sweets) usually meat, fruit and veggies. I try to stay clear of carbs too. Although, I enjoy drinking beer probably more than the average person.

What should I be doing different? I've hontestly never thought I was doing anything wrong. My heart rate is normal.

Over what time frame? If I don't drink for 4-6 month my weight plunges 30 lbs.

In high school and college my weight would fluctuate 15 lbs almost daily between 190-205. No idea why. After I turned 23 or so I settled in at 215-220 and I haven't come off of that in 7 years...eat whatever I want, never workout. Thanks ancestors for awesome genes

not at all. I spent like 6 years at 215 before deciding I needed to lose some weight.. now I'm on the slow climb down (presently 209)

Did you recently start a new medicine? I jumped from 180 to 240 over a year and a half with no real diet change when I started taking Celexa.
