I've asked many people this question, and I've received many answers...

Vincent's
Irenes
Mariza
Sal and Judy's
Venezia
Mosca's
Domenica
Tony Angello's
Ristorante di Piero

Seems like Domenica seems to be the F&D Board favorite, although my personal favorite is S&J.

Definitely depends on what you're looking for.

Mariza and Domenica are definitely the best and the 'highest class' on that list.

After that Irene's.

I really hate old school new orleans italian, so keep that in mind. I think its complete garbage.

Not all Italian restaurants are alike.

I love traditional Italian. I love the cannelloni at Vincent's. I have enjoyed every meal I've had at Cafe Giovanni. Some don't care for it. I love Domenica.

Your list has everything from high end Italian to what I would call everyday spots to eat.

The eggplant dishes and lasagna at Liuzza's are good. It's family style, but for what it is, it's very good.

My favorite was La Riviera, but it's been closed since about 2005.

Absolutely love Domenica and Ancora, and I plan on trying Mariza and Marcello's soon. I'm not into overly heavy, saucy, creamy Nola Creole Italian food.

Del Porto on the northshore. Everything I've had there has been excellent. From apps to desert.

I plan on trying Marcello's in the next few weeks. I'll post my review thread once I go.
