Burgers: ground lamb, fresh oregano & spearmint

Aioli: 2 egg yolks, 2 cloves garlic, 1 lemon juiced, and avocado oil until the consistency is right

Tomato stuff: quartered cherry tomatoes, minced shallot, basil chiffonade, avocado oil

Fries: Hannah sweet potatoes, avocado oil, Moroccan spice rub. Baked @ 450, flip after 7 minutes...should be done around 20 mins.
