Went once for lunch. Wasn't bad but wasn't good either. I haven't been to any Thai place in the area that made me want to make a second trip.

Siamese is a solid joint...they'll make things as spicy as you want. Green papaya salad, cashew nut chicken (a red-curry stir fry), and nice soups. I like it better than Cafe Equator by a long shot.

Yeah, Belle Chasse Hwy in the same lil shopping center as Winn Dixie. I think Wall is the cross street.
