This episode was ok. Can someone explain to me why the four survivors are different than the people that were in the morgue? (like the girl)?

that episode really sucked. yeah they built stuff up, but god the majority of it was boring. i noticed when i was FFWD on my DVR that it was already 45 minutes in and absolutely nothing happened. sure the end was interesting but the first 2.5 hours of this show have been pretty bad.
i was wondering this after the show. it seems like the 4 are becoming vampires whereas the rest are like a zombie/vampire hybrid. they don't do shite but need to feed. wtf

SPOILERS
I forget some things but I do remember the Master needing more capable slaves. Bolivar becomes a tool like Eichorst is.

It would be great, in my opinion, if an episode was entirely devoted to his past; it would be an effective way to explain the nature of the disease to viewers, and would add meaning to Eichorst.
They devote a good chunk to his time in the concentration camp. If the show lasts long enough it will get there. It really is a good part.
