That would make sense. Her "schoolgirl-ish" wardrobe always made her seem hotter. Although, it seemed like something was going on with her skin, maybe a makeup/lighting issue.
I think the fact that Allison Brie is obviously a sexually liberal woman makes her super hot.

If a show has to fight for its life every year, then it probably doesn't deserve to be on television anyway.
Every good NBC show since 2000 says "frick You."
FIFY
If a channel had a weekly line up only consisting of shows NBC killed or tried to kill since 2000, they would have the best lineup in all of television.
Community, Friday Night Lights, Scrubs, Heroes, Chuck, Outsourced, Psych, ect.

Me too. I couldn't figure out how a show that edgy and funny was able to get green lit by a network. I found out why after they cancelled it after one season. NBC has to be the worst run network of all time.

I loved Outsourced too.
They canceled it too soon, IMO.

What did you find out?
I always figured it was due to low ratings. I only knew a few people who watched it, but I thought it was awesome and coming into its own stride nicely....then it got shitcanned.

I wondered how they would approve it since it used a lot of racial and ethnic humor. It was edgy, fun, and original (I know it was based on a movie). They couldn't justify having a show with that much race-based humor on their weekly lineup that had such low ratings. They pulled it and went with something safe before the PC police could latch onto it and create a controversy.

See, I think the line between racial humor and cultural humor is very blurred. Outsourced was more of a fish out of water story, but the jokes came not from the fish, but the environment he was thrown into.
TV has fish out of water stories all the time, but because these people were brown it means someone was going to cry racism.

You can't be saying this didn't deserve to be cancelled?

Exactly. I didn't think anything was wrong with "Outsourced", but I could see why a major network would be wary of broadcasting it.

The network fired members of the writing staff, jacked around with the time slot, cut its budget mid season, ect. Yeah, it got progressively worse, but a lot of that actually had to do with the network. The writer's strike had a lot to do with it as well.
Posted on 6/30/14 at 4:24 pm to kingbob
People got fired because the show had gone to shite. Season 2 was the writer's strike and it was much better than seasons 3 and 4.
Posted on 6/30/14 at 4:26 pm to saintsfan22
I'm pretty sure they ran some of the writers off following the strike. However, the show did decline. Heroes is probably the weakest link in that list of shows I posted.

That's because they changed the time slot every season including having it up against actual friday night high school football one season. Freakin' idiots over there at NBC.
