What is all your favorite books then. That is a more appropriate question.

Some of my favorites:
"Bleachers"
"Robinson Crusoe"
"A Song of Ice and Fire"
"The Jester"
"Playing For Pizza"

I see you are fond of Grisham's shittiest novels

Why yes, yes I am. The town I grew up in is very similar to the one described in "Bleachers", just with fewer championships. I can identify with it.

I was speaking purely in entertainment value, which is what I read novels for. If I want to read something enlightening for more than just entertainment, I generally read non-fiction.

Kind of a ridiculous question. You could ask a thousand hardcore readers and get a thousand legitimate answers. Really depends on your tastes.

Ulysses and The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn are considered a couple of the all time great novels, but they are night and day reading experiences.

You should start a series of books you find interesting. Something like Clive Cussler , Dirk Pitt books that's fast and easy to enjoy. Pick,a genre and seek, out the best options for them. I like Grishom, Sanford, Brown, Kellerman,Tanebaum, Pearson . Good luck,it's a necessity for me to read every night to clear my ear before sleep.
