It is not offensive at all. It just means you know what you want. Our goal is to set a price that makes us money (yes...we do have to make profit...) and a price that is fair to you to ensure you will be back in the future.

I can agree with this, and thanks for the reply. We bought a Camry last month, I still think I paid more than I told them I would, but I'm still happy with the deal I got, and the salesman was nice and we will go back to him.
I'm actually considering another vehicle soon, so will likely go back to the same salesman.
