Both a Univ of Va study and a Harvard study have found that kids who drink whole milk have a lower BMI than reduced fat or no fat milk drinkers. It appears that whole milk satisfies the appetite and keeps kids from over eating.
Researchers looked at almost 11,000 kids to reach their conclusions
And schools are now being prevented from offering whole milk.

Which part?
The govt lying to us?
That whole milk is actually better for you?
Or that people are gullible and will believe anything?

So I take it that you (or your parents) forced an unhealthy food choice on their kids, just because it sounded good at the time?

What the study failed to mention is that whole milk gives me runs.

Why have them drink any milk past breast milk? I drink milk because I like it, not for the possible benefits.

Nah. We switched between whole and 2% I'm just not mad like you. So mad.

You know that if you with-hold yourself from eating all the things that people say will make you fat, raise your cholesterol, increase cancer, etc, you will either die of hunger or live a poor and miserable life, killing you anyway.
So just be smart, exercise enough, and eat some of the things that make life great.
