X2 is different. Stability ball, medicine balls, etc. It's really awesome. I just got done with two rounds of it. I'm so flexible and strong it's gross.

Do more full-body, compound explosive workouts Monday-Wednesday-Friday as opposed to the Monday-Friday bodypart isolating bodybuilding regime.

I find it much easier to sustain personally. Do light cardio, mobility and stretching on Tuesday and Thursday.
