Battle of Athens
Not only morally permissible, but some would consider it a duty.

I prefer Lichtenstein, which is essentially an anarcho-monarchy.

Disband military?
This was a poorly worded item. That's why I was at variance on the military issues. They did not specify privatization of the military. They just said get rid of it.

It's rare that I agree with a want, but when I do, it is usually emphatic agreement.

Soft core libertarian , 27.
Still like the quizzes that measure things based on importance (i.e, foreign policy issues are less important than some economic issues for example)

I've lapsed from anarcho-capitalism and started making excuses for monopoly court systems. I'm sure I'll drift back eventually.

56. I feel like a fricking commie now.
I think the questions make too large of a jump, like from "Should military budget be cut" straight to "Should the military budget be cut 75%". I'd be down for a 40% cut and wouldn't feel uncomfortable with cutting it in half. There were a few examples like that where I was definitely willing to go beyond the first level of questions, but not to the extreme of the next level.

Yeah - you're the other AC Josh - I thought you would be higher - perhaps in the 150s.
Norris probably added questions to exceed 160 (as did Wiki and GMorgan).

Like I said, I'm currently in a minarchist rut. Plus, the "do you call yourself an an-cap" question is rather silly. You already docked me for saying I want a monopoly court system. Docking me twice seems a bit much
My only three nos were the courts being privatized, law being privatized, and the silly last ancap question. Five points each.

I'm sure privatization of the police and courts is a great idea and would be a huge improvement.
Exactly. A police force that is incentive driven would be complete bullshite.

Well, apparently the current police get bonuses for shooting dogs.

To function properly, courts, especially those of last resort, need contempt and subpoena powers (anyone who doesn't understand why, doesn't understand the court system, or even basic principles of dispute resolution). I've repeatedly asked the "private" court proponents where their courts will derive subpoena and contempt power, and I've yet to see a good answer.
