5 wildfires now burning in San Diego area. Houses burned in Carlsbad area (seems to be the hardest hit). Pendleton has 2 fires going.

My sister is an administrator at Torrey Pines high school. They had a couple of elementary schools and other folks sheltering there yesterday.

No fire near MCRD. Largest fires are north county.
Santee is east of SD so no reported fires there today.
They have evacuated most of Camp Pendleton
including the schools on base.
The Penasquitos fire (near Torry Pines HS) is still only 25% contained but they have lifted all of the evacuation orders in that area.
As for the douche rooting for the whole state to burn I will hope that you die in the next hurricane. Heartless prick

Next time an EF-5 tornado is bearing down on your house, I hope you'll remember your statement, and reflect on how Karma is a bitch.

How far are the fires from the airport? My buddy lives like 4 or 5 miles from it, I can't remember the exact name of his area though.

Well then you shouldn't wish anything bad to happen in San Diego.

It's right next to the Carlsbad airport but like 45 minutes from the San Diego airport, which is 99% the one you flew into.
