Woohoo expect another summer of recovery from the Obama Admin.

Healthcare services added 1.1%. If not for mandated spending for Obamacare, GDP would negative

Do people realize that 0.1% is essentially NO growth. After its last revision I fully expect 1Q14 GDP to be negative. And if 2Q14 falls negative, can Obama say "recession"?

Luckily the Ministry of Truth changed the way they calculate GDP last summer so we get to experience this wonderful growth

This is terrible news. It's so frustrating to watch our economy suffer because the cure is so obvious.

This is why I say if you are unemployed or underemployed and voted for Obama the last two elections(especially the last one), then I laugh at you. You fricking DESERVE your situation and I only hope it gets worse for you.
The only thing that bothers me is that you had to take others with you in your stupidity.

By my standards, that was quick:
quote:
BEA will begin including the amount of money businesses invest in the production of such intellectual property as part of gross domestic product (GDP)
So business investment is included in the GDP number now...
That means double accounting.
For example, company A spends $1,000,000 on a piece of investment capital from company B on a proposed product that has NOT sold on the market yet.
The BEA now counts $1,000,000 spent by company A and $1,00,000 sold by company B = $2,000,000 GDP.

Who cares? Some rich guy said something deemed racist by the mass media in a secret recording.

Please post when you get yours because I've been waiting since the '80s for this technology.

42% of Americans approve of Obama's handling of the economy.

This is solid growth by definition of the new norm established by liberal Democrats.
