this thing isn't even really close by anybody's property. i also live in an urban area, which prevents this for the most part. even then, there appears to be some sort of a shop being built right next to my current location. while this may add some issues, it will also help in some ways (more well-to-do people around during the day to monitor the issues of thieving going around LC in day time, for example)

These man camps are going up all over West Texas and North Dakota. It's nothing new. They had them set up all over the Gulf Coast during Katrina and the Oil Spill.

Shipyards across the coast currently have housing camps set up in different locations to house their workers. It's been going on allover the place for a very long time. Some people need to get their head out of their asses.
