I bought the Bost earbuds with a giftcard. I've had them for 4 years. The sound quality isn't perfect for the price, but damn they are comfortable. Those earbud gels are fan-freakin-tastic.
I've heard the Yurbuds are of comparable quality for half the price, but I haven't tried them. I don't like wearing noise isolating headphones while running, too dangerous.

Sennheiser Adidas something something something
I use these badboys after having them recommended to me on this site. I used to have issues with earbuds staying in place and sweat causing issues with the phone. No more issues with any of that when I got those.
There are a few different types...the ones I got I think are noise cancelling since most of my exercise is all done indoors, but they make some that aren't if you're out for a jog or something and need to be able to hear your surroundings better.

If you're concerned about that with the Yurbuds, don't be. They let in plenty ambient noise.
ETA: Only problem with the Yurbuds is that after a while, the sweat starts to get to the covers and they don't stay on the actual headphone part as well because they stretch out (I'm talking a year or two). Then you have to order new covers. Finally broke down and did that, but they were $20 fricking dollars after shipping, which is outrageous for earbud covers. You can get a set of 20 standard earbud covers for something like $5.
