The DEA and ATF need to really just go away. They are the absolute worst at violating citizen's rights.
Wait?
DEA conducts surveillance on a store that is known to sell equipment used in indoor marijuana grow houses.
They observe woman shopping at said store.
They do a legal trash pull finding marijuana stems and gleanings in trash can
Execute a search warrant and find marijuana. Which is illegal.
Where did they screw up?

The part where they trampled on her rights to privacy and rights against an illegal search masquerading under the bullshite war on drugs guise of police power.
Just because something is legal doesn't mean it is right and FWIW i completely agree that the DEA needs to go away. What good do they do?

By waking up and breathing perfectly good American air.
DEA and ATF are nothing but jackbooted thugs. Give me one fricking reason why we need more than one federal law enforcement agency to enforce federal laws?

When law enforcement conducts a raid on a private residence, using military-style tactics and equipment, to find nine grams of marijuana, I tend to think something went wrong. And this isn't an isolated incident. Whether it was individual officers, or the whole institution, I don't really care.

lol, and in perfectly legal gardens....
unless you think anyone buying cold medicine deserves to be swat raided, or everyone buying everyone buying acetone.
maybe everyone buying rubber tubing.
Good god what a pathetic argument.

Typical cop, when all else fails pull some ridiculous shite out of your arse, to either justify your pathetic and disgusting behavior or to obtain a search warrant under false pretenses. Its not just cops, judges are only too happy to go along and sign warrants for any hare-brained shite the cops can come up with. I have seen a cop and DA straight lie and get a warrant for a B-class misdemeanor in Tx. exaggerated to the point where the judge handed down a 54,000 dollar bond.
