So a team puts him on narrow list of prospects so he stops working out for other teams? So he's not lazy he's a moron and his agent should be fired.

Because teams have no idea who will be available when they're picking. "Hey, Kelvin, we promise you that we'll pick you if available oops LOL we never expected Cooks to be available but he is. You probably shouldn't have blown that coach off."
