I'm a little drunk, post the absolute best jam you're familiar with by a jambland that isn't Phish or the Disco Biscuits. Whoever posts the best one will win uh...I'll give you a fat key bump at Jazz Fest during Phish's set.

GO!

Loaded question, especially knowing you aren't a fan of the Grateful Dead. I'll pass.

It's going down either way :orko:

I'm very familiar with with the Allman Brahs

And apples and oranges comparing them Phish. But yea, they're better than the Biscuits. I don't think there is any debate about that.

Just getting to the jam. I have to respect Jerry's tone and playing style. Unique stuff.

Well I was way off on where the jam started on that Franklin's Tower. I'm a noob. But solid jam. They can change up the direction of a jam on a dime.

Moving onto the the Brother's Past link.

Keep em coming. If any SCI people are around, send me a good one by them. I know nothing about them but want to hear something good.

The BP was good until the singing started. I skipped ahead to where I think the jam started. Much better.

They're up there with the Disco Biscuits with bands that should just go ahead and get rid of lyrics

i was gonna suggest "black clouds" from the tabernacle in atlanta 11/17/00, but since it's on an official release ('rhythm of the road, vol. 1'), i can't find it anywhere on youtube....if you wanna hear it, i guess you'll just have to cough up $1.29 & download it on the 'live cheese' site, lol...
