They do however list a few differences between the show and the comics that people might find disturbing. Apparently someone most were happy to have killed off on the show is still alive in the comics.

I hate that even people who comment in those articles can't help themselves and feel a burning need to provide spoilers.
It's the same thing on FB. I don't even click GoT or TWD posts there because some gay bastard son of an imp posts and will try and ruin shite. It's a sickness

I'm not sure how that could spoil the show for anyone. If the person is dead in the show then nothing they've done in the comics can possibly happen in the show...

IMDB has a plot synopsis for EP 1...it has changed 3 times. I don't think anyone knows for sure.
