Fallen Oak through the Beau ain't cheap but the course is really nice.
This. There is also Grand Bear (The Grand), Windance (Island View), Diamondhead (2 courses), The Oaks, and The Bridges (Hollywood) all within about 45 minutes of the Beau.

Shell Landing also is 20 minutes from the Beaux. The Preserve shouldn't be too far either.
I played Shell three weeks ago, and I volunteered at Fallen Oak two weekends ago. Both are very nice courses. Shell was in awesome shape. Fairways are greened up. Greens were beautiful and rolled well. Fallen Oak is only available if you stay at the Beaux. And then it's $250 a round. Shell is open to the public, but it's the IP's course.
Someone else mentioned Dancing Rabbit. Great course, but you're not gonna have the options you have if you go down to Biloxi. You'll have the casino and golf, and about nothing else in Philadelphia.
I'd go to Biloxi for the options alone. You're looking at $100 per round at most casino courses, at minimum.
If you aren't set on a casino, the RTJ trail courses in Alabama always have good package deals and are great courses.
