There is a large sub-set of schools in your list that were not above Division 2(the old name for the play off schools)status until the very recent past my friend.

Tigers were scheduled to play Bowling Green in 2003, but they backed out last minute. Played The Citadel instead.

anybody use the following website to look up historical records/scores. I find myself on this site every now and then spending a lot of time comparing records and analyzing the data. I guess that is the engineer in me..
