Jindal doesn't stand a chance

Article on how Jindal does not have a chance to be President based on how unpopular he is in Louisiana.
Jindal has no shot
Wouldn't you think he would stay at home and perhaps shore up his support in Louisiana rather than running out of state at every opportunity.
Then again, perhaps we are better off without him being here.

Where is he unpopular, other than in liberal circles? If he was allowed to run again, he'd be re-elected.

What will it take for some of you to think a governor "did his job" in Louisiana?

the only place where he's unpopular are among the liberal idiots that thing EWE was a great governor and would vote for him again if he could run

Baton Rouge. My relatives there hate him, of course they are state employees so go figure...

the only way he would win again is because of this state's hatred for anyone with a D behind their name no matter what there politics are.

Where is Jindal unpopular?
State employees, teachers unions, college students.
Hmmm.

A lot of teachers are republicans and they think he is unpopular.

Although, I agree with the basic premise of the OP, this is funny.

I don't live in La anymore, but based on some of the posts I've seen on my FB, add liberals to the group and this is true.

Teachers are teachers first, broham. My mother and sister in law are both teachers. They are as conservative as they come...... except when you start talking about teaching.

with a alot of republicans that do more than read headlines. but like i said no way people in this state elect another Democrate as gov. as long as obama is in the white house.

I'd say he probably can't win a national election for a number of reasons. His ratings in Louisiana aren't a reason and he'd probably walk to another victory if he could run. I have been disappointed in jindal on some issues (ethics and constitutional) but he is a republican style reformer that I can get behind.. I still hate that he used no collateral on changing the constitution and I believe he didn't because he didn't want to be faced with so many choices on cuts.

with an approval rating of only 35% there are a lot of conservatives and republicans that see through Jindal as a self serving opportunist. Apparently the rest of the country is sensing that as well.
Thankfully we do have some honest , conservative candidates that actually love Louisiana and actually want to improve the state. Angelle and Dardenne quickly come to mind.

I don't put a lot of stock in that number. He could be forced to run against ANYONE you could think of to keep his seat tomorrow, and I guarantee you, he would get at least 60% of the vote.
I'm not saying this as a huge fan of his, either. I just can't think of a single soul who any sort of majority in this state would reasonably prefer in his position.

Jindal is not presidential material; but he is a smart guy. Smarts will be required to bail us out of the mess the Progs have gotten us into.
He could do very well in HHS or the like, where numbers must rule.
