To be fair, if someone took a toke or ate a brownie for a concert it doesn't mean they are a druggie and still shows up the same on a test.
And I'd say habitual drunks are as much if not more dangerous than someone who occasionally enjoys a little puff.

Is it fair to say both habitual puffers and drunks shouldn't be in the energy transmission and generation bitness?

How hard is it to not do this while looking for employment? May not be a druggie, but definitely have some issues with judgment and I got no problem with a company considering that when hiring them.

True. Which is why there are rules against alcohol intoxication while at work as well.

Drunks usually get their due anyway. If they can't handle their situation they are fired.

Thant being said, alcohol, despite its horror, is still not illegal. Pot is. The company can use the test as nothing more than proof that you can commit to getting a job for long enough to let your hair grow out.

Well the only difference here is one is still currently illegal while the latter is not...
